After what I spent on my boat, and will spend to complete the project, some of these boats, that "appear" (who knows what condition they are really in, but it is doubtful they would require any more work than I am doing with my 16) to be in good condition, are very painful for me to see.

I would love to have bought this one. It would do very well for our Lake Michigan boating.
