The picture you've attached to the first post looks like a 280 not a 150 -- I thought the 150 has the trim ram going all the way to the outside edge of the tab as it's shorter than the 280. Am I incorrect? Are the actual plates interchangeable between the 150 and 280 (as I've heard of people upgrading the 280 to 380 by changing only the plates...)
