Beautiful compound. I thought you always built the stockade walls first for protection and then built the buildings?

I tend to trade with the locals and indians, as long as they are happy, no protection needed.......

what is the P in Lazy Ranch?
Pearson. Yeah, I am a Pearson too like my Donzi bretheren Scott. I wanted to call it the Rockin' P, but Boo Boo said I was much more Lazy than Rockin' these days........
How about a little bourbon too?
FWIW, I spent most of my adult life in Texas and they have a saying there about stuff like this... Big hat, no cattle.
Todd, and good Kentucky Bourbon is acceptable, or a big hat, or some cattle.....:):bonk: I have a big hat though and would rather have the bourbon or the cattle..... Or, you bring the cattle, I will supply the bourbon, and we will drink the bourbon while grillin' the cattle......
ok now where does the snomobile trail start
Trail? We don't need no stinkin' trail.......
John; Life is good...Big backyard for the kiddies..............Ed
Ed, you know you have an open invitation, I have three boilers and may be in need of your services one day......:bonk:
Patti, Ghost and Blown, thanks as well. Patti, make sure Jamie sees the pic of the elk.........might get him out of Michigan one day......:bonk:
I can honestly say the last year and 4 months of building this thing sucked. Worse experience of my life. I will NEVER build another house.
We moved in on July 29th. The place was a wreck. I am amazed at what I have accomplished since then. Built the driveway, landscaped, trees, grading, installed sprinkler system, etc...in 3 weeks while trying to run a business and take care of Boo Boo and the twins. I can honestly say that the last month has been the worst and best of my life.

the infamous Mad Poodle, but he really is the Cat Whisperer...
As for a chicken ranch in WY, you are going to need more bunk houses or err I mean coops....
