I have just purchased a 1988 Ragazza GT210 which is in great shape.
Previous owner let water in over transom due torn cockpit cover which
rotter the cover wood. I am replacing it, but wonder if anyone knows
how, or if they had similar repairs, or suggestions?

Also there is little access to mechanicals/batteries with a rear transom
board mounted to rear seats. Any ideas on a redesign offering easy
access to these important service items?

Thanks, Florida Frank:cool!:

I have a 25' ragazza that has had the entire rearend redone, seats have been removed and a bench put in on the passenger side and access to door on back is not bothered by the jump seat anymore. I'll try and get some pics posted up tomorrow, makes it alot easier to get to batteries and trim/tab pumps etc. and to do general maint. still a pain to replace starter on the big block in it

here's the picts, I am not sure if they will help but it might give an idea maybe, not sure if the 21's have the door to the swim platform or not, there is also a pass. and driver side batteries

Thank you for your ideas---they will come in handy!
As you know, easy access is necessary for maintenance.
I unfortunately don't have the transom door, but your
pictures have given me great added thoughts.
This is my third Ragazza, GT210, DL210, and your GT250.
I like the lines, multible use (cruise and 50+mph) which
offers an all-around use.
