I am new to the Donzi thing, Just bought a 89 Z33 project and I have some questions if any one can help. It has the 7.4L 330 hp with Bravo 1's (all stock as far as I know), but no props. does any one know what size/pitch props I should be using? Are they counter rotating?

Welcome to the board. I'm sure you'll have a lot of questions. Get in touch with Richard aka Donzigo on this board. He has a beautifully restored Z33 (an 88 maybe). I'm sure he'd be glad to give you a hint or 2. Do a search to see how his boat looks. It'll make you want to work on your boat even harder.

I agree w/John, Richard can show you how it's done!
His is probably the best Z-33 in existance.

I was told by a friend if I go with a 4 blade, bump it up a pitch. is this true?

Dinzogo has a very clean 33. He seems to know the hull backwards and forward.

33 Crossbow, on the other hand, has the baddest 33 around by far. He tops 90 mph with a couple of big power 510's. He runs -2" Sportmaster Lowers and Herring 5 blades.

The only faster 33 that I have heard about had surface drives. It has been parted out.
