looking at an 90, 18 with omc 350 and king cobra outdrive that needs work. What is this thing worth when fixed up in mint condition? Tom

What someone else is willing to pay you for it!

I know. I'm a d!ck.

In truly mint condition, in this economy, I would guess in the range of $9,500 - $11,000 range based on what stuff has been selling for.

Unless Donzi Racer sells it, then $13,000. He seems to have a magic touch.

Many sides to this story! The drive combo is more then tough to beat, providing it has the pronounced hump on top! The early Kings before Volvo intervention were regular Cobras with better shafts and gears but still had clutch dogs. The OMC era boats were a good quality boat, I had a 91 16 and have wished many times that I did not sell it.

A '90 model should have the cone clutch - a good thing
