I'm looking to get a measurement from the center of keel to the bottom of the transom assembly... anyone out there that can help?

try dropping di and cliff a line "bertramboy" they have an older 16 with a 350 lh alpha setup

Thanks, but I believe the Bravo and Alpha drives are different lengths...

Is that true? Does anybody know? I've heard about guys changing from an Alpha to a Bravo 1, It's the same cutout they use but different lengths would mean different setups if the Bravo is longer... would be interesting to know about "X" setups Alpha-Bravo.
