Not that familiar with Craigslist useage....where do you see it flagged?

I clicked the link and instead of seeing the ad, saw a message saying "this posting has been flagged for removal." Tried it twice, and then again now, and all three said the same thing.

Someone probably flagged it as fraudulent or inappropriate. Craigslist allows a sort of self-policing by the users. Once an ad is flagged a couple of times it is removed. Keeps the fraudulent ads to a minimum.

I've flagged quite a few ads that were obviously bogus. Or if the seller is an a$$hat. :)

I would bet a few guys tried the contact the seller and got some crap like this one I recently got:

**Dear sir, I'm glad you like my bote. I will set up special ebay for you and you click and buy, that way we are both protected.

Never mind the fact that the boat was supposedly in my same town and all I wanted was details and a chance to view it in person. There is a LOT of that on CL.
