Taking on Water

Went deep sea fishing out of Ponce Inlet, Fla this past week, and on the way back in, our captain diverted to help a fellow boater that was taking on water. We got to him about the same time the Coast Guard did. They made it all the way to port under their own power, but just barely. We never found out why it was taking on water.

That's got to be scary as hell - that's a serious list he's got there!

Fortunately, I've never had that 'sinking feeling' myself.

Of course, now that I've said 'never', I'm surely doomed :bonk:
