Rockport Donzis

They came out of the wood work this weekend. Never seen so many Donzis in Rockport, Texas as I did this Weekend.

Met DAKS and his beautifully restored X-18 (he's on the site).

Saw a red Critter... parked on the sand bar

Saw a red ski sporter...cruising around last weekend

Saw a very big Donzi ZR...house on Bayshore Drive?

A Blue center consol with trip 275's

A Red Center consol ( a local boat I see all the time).

And a black center consol.

You guys on the board?

I didn't have my camera! It was red sides with white top...it had very small DONZI letters on the side made out of metal rather than the sticker, maybe three inches high.

I know it was a Critter due to the vents on the side and windsheild configuration.

Thanks for the complement on my X-18. Lots of blood sweat and tears. I enjoyed meeting you last weekend. I head down there often. I have a new baby and the grandparents demand at least 2 visits a month. I know some history on the red minx. Will post later.

So that was a red Minx? I couldn't get close enough (due to all the hardbodys on the sand bar)!:wink:

We'll have to go to Port A and get some coffee some time...it's a great run!

Also, you were talking about going to Possum Kingdom. My daughter will be starting at TCU so I will most likely be occupied with that this year.

I suspect the new baby will throw a prop in your plans as well!
