That's that silly Vazer thing for party barges. 100hp 4cyl on an angle and a unique unit upper and Gen2 lower. Made to fit under the deck. Been around for about 3 years. Introduced at the 2007 Miami & LA show. Good for what it is I guess, compete with outboards.
