New york city powerboat poker run 2009

I happen to be at Libery State Park in Jersey City today and my son said "let's go look at the boats Daddy".... so we went down to the marina and happened upon the NEW YORK CITY POWERBOAT POKER RUN 2009!



It was late in the afternoon and I think it was over by the time we were down there. We did see a number of really big offshore racers being trailered out of the facility.

Pulled over on the side of the road was this Donzi.... (Double Nickel)

As you can see it was a rain weather day
I think they got the run in
between showers

I think the participation
was way down this year?
looked like 39 boats last I saw on the sign-up
when they got over 100 few years ago
