I didn't do the whole thing , just the swim . We entered into the special response group as a relay and won ! we ended up being the second fastest team overall. The gulf was really rough last Sunday and getting out to the first bouy was a chore .. What was nice about this event was an area fire dept. put out a challenge and was providing a plaque at their expense . We had beat this dept. 6 months prior in an engine company competition and it was nice beating them again , lol .. All in good fun !!!
