My prop has some play innit!

At the base of the prop, I am able to move it a small amount from side to side (maybe 1mm each way). the shaft isnt moving laterally, just the prop. I'm assuming this isn't normal. I also hear and feel some vibrations when the motor isnt trimmed out correctly and when I turn.

What do you guys think?

I'd bet that it would be a problem with the prop hub to prop relationship. Check to see if the thrust hub fits onto the taper of the prop shaft shaft correctly and also mates with the front of the prop without any side to side slop.

make sure you have the proper thrust washer installed then retorque the nut!
