trailer bunk distance for a 18c

want to set up trailer after paint job forgot to mark where the bunks go is on a supreme trailer one axle for 18/20 ft boats there paint didnt last 4 years

Lee you will get a few opinions on this, IMO! I have always set up mine and my customers boats so the bunks were out by the chine, the hull sides have good support and I have never had any issues. It also keeps the CG nice and low. Quite a few like to set the bunks under the stringers, some feel it is better. I like them low and stable, I tow over 70 like most.

I've always been told that they should go directly under the stringers.
