Thanks George; I'll try it one day this week and let you know
what I loss(or not).................Ed
Ed I have some that is quite old and have used it off and on for various stuff, seems as if it still nice and pourable it keeps working. For anything important I run out and grab new stuff. I have a bunch of squeeze tubes of epoxy that I bet are over 30 years old it still works fine.

As George said Ed, it is 3 months. After that the wholesalers discount barrels of resin by about 30% because of it. At that point they recommend that it be used for re-inforcement after the inital lay up.

I've used stuff 10 years old without any problem. It still cures up fine, I am sure it is not as strong tho.

Just an FYI as well, MEKP (catalyst) DOES go bad if exposed to sunlight for extended periods of time. It should be stored in a closed container (obviously) and in a dark room or cabinet.
