Nice boat hew hydraulic steering w/tilt helm that should draw a decent dollar, looks to be extremely well maintained!

Yes , that one IS nice .. Someone could end up with a bargain .

Might be a bit heavy in the rear with a 454 though ..

The boat even has the trimmable Volvo outdrive. Sweet boat!
I talked to the seller (Greg Jackson) about a boat he had listed on his website a little over a year ago. If it had been my grandfather's old 1950 22' Chris Craft sedan, I was going to buy it - it was not. If anyone wants to treat themselves to seeing some wonderful old wooden classics, go to this website and look at the boats for sale. Spectacular! Bill

What a great looking boat! The classic well made fiberglass boats have to start gaining some attention soon....they are my favorites. Wood boats are cool but for some reason these boats do more for me....

Aaron,
I can't believe you would say that after the time it took for you to make the wood insert on your Magnum look spectacular - lol. You certainly understand the time and effort it takes to make a nice woody (I think I watch too much Craig Ferguson). I should mention that Greg knows the values of boats, and I am guessing the Bertram on ebay has a respectable reserve price set. Bill

Big Block with a V-drive. It's sold, but would be interesting to know who picked that rare Classic up. Many beautiful woodies on the site. How about all the 1955 finned Chris Crafts that are listed there?
