Chrysler, UAW, The Fed, Fiat and the rest

Looks like the UAW will get 50+%, Fiat will get 35% and the US government will get the rest. Now how could this deal and company ever fail?:bonk:

THIS.. is what I heard. UAW gets 55% of Chrysler. UAW gets 39% of GM. The most interesting part is....Union gets to negotiate with ITSELF when taliking Contracts. How's that going to work? :nilly: John (Ever Hopefull)
