It should, but you probably have to whack the hole out a little bit more.
I swapped mine for a Gaffrig setup. If you aren't picky there was a company on offshoreonly selling a renamed Gaffrig unit for WAY less than that one.
compare the cutout size on the Gaffrig to that one for a good reference.
Keep in mind a couple of things....
33 series cables are not factory. so, add in new cables. Then add in new brackets for the transom area of the boat.
I do like the Gaffrig WAY better than the factory crapola though. Although, the factory crapola made a nice arm rest.

I don't believe you need to add new transom brackets to the rear of the boat. As long as you have the factory shift bracket you are good. I buy these straight from Mr Dana himself. call me 713-910-2000 and let me see if I can save you some money.(if you one one.) I have the gaffrig shifters in my 22 and they are ok, but they just don't look as good as the livorsi or dana bling ones. Scot

On my Minx you need the factory cables in the back or these things to make the 33C's work...

I agree that the Gaffrig is more basic compared to the Dana's.
I believe most Minx had a single stick. Mine had dual binnacle mount like these. I imagine they are a straight swap. Look great too!
