Cap off the water outlet with a rubber cap and a hose clamp. then take a old garden hose and cut the end off,you may have to make a adaptor to fit where the water goes into the header, then hook the hose to your spicket and turn it on,look inside the header for leaks..

plumb it like Fixxy says but use air and submerge them in a HUGE cooler filled with water

or your bathtub will do, if the dogs allow that..

10-4... use 35# air pressure, if there's a leak you'll find it light years faster that way than looking for any sweating...
