It's been 42 years soon since Don Aronow brought the 28' Magnum with tripple Mercury 1100SS to Sweden. He won in Sweden and and eventually became the 1967 World Champion. At the end of the season the tripple outboard was sold to Tage Boghammar of Stockholm, Sweden and Don gave Tage the rights to put the 28 into production. Many Swedish built Boghammar Magnums are gracing the Swedish coastline and this is the latest 35' from Boghammar.

Yes the Boghammar Magnum 35's beam is supposedly 7'11". Same hull as the Magnum Maltese 28. Another narrow nightmare for the U.S. Navy was this Boghammar RL-100 Series that they sold to the Iranians around 1980 for (patrol-!) usage. What a trouble they got into after supplying 50 and change copies of these. Speed 65 knots!
