Yep..they should...my old 1995 Mercuiser 454 385HP Magnum with 2002 Stainless Marine Riser's and Manifolds bolted right on my 2006 Mercuiser 502..You only need a new set of mainfold/riser gaskets...show us some pic's when ur done...:pimp::kingme:

I can tell you you'll have to make some little tweaks to the brackets to get them to fit. You're new boat is almost a mirror image of mine other than being a year apart, and the engine pic you posted on the other thread looked like you had the same oil filter/drive oil mounts I did.

I posted a bunch of pics of what I had to do to make it fit - not too bad really. I think the thread died in the server migration though.

(dude, if I'd known you wanted my boat, I could have sold it to you then went and bought the black/honey one in Portland...!)
