VIN on an 1986

I am renewing the registration on my '86 22C. Georgia DNR sends me a letter and wants a pencil rubbing of my VIN. I can't find it. Anyone know were it is?

Upper right rear (when standing at the back of the boat) looking at the transom OR under the deck lip ( but still on the hull) at that same location.

Starboard side..Aft.. Looking foreward..just above the transom... tucked under the turn of the molded rubrail. You could probably rub it off the metalic sticker behind the rear seat cushion as well. John

PS: Ragbagger??...If I recall....having been in that category a few years ago...Sailboat.?? Just wondering.

You may also find it under the clam shell vents.

Try under the front starboard clam shell vent if you cant find it anywhere else.
