http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/boa/1084161895.html... The year is not given in the ad for this 18C, it has the port and starboard grab rails. Repowered 300hp, 350. Nice trailer. 11.6k. What year did they begin with the one piece grab rail?

Danville is about 20-30 minutes from my office if anybody want's eyes on it...

Although I do question the 70 mph or the 40+ mph over 4' waves.

And FWIW I'd guess it's seen both salt and fresh based on it's location.

i keep my 18 on lake michigan would love to see him doing 20 mph in 3.5-4s i use my boat a lot and get caught in the crap being in chicago and at bottom of lake michigan a few times a year i remember twice last year and it isnt the boat to be doing that in. but it sure is fun. been in 5s once and would never try it again took me 30 minutes to go a distance i could normally do in 10 but carpet and stereo stayed dry

Im sure his speedometer say's 70 - mine reads 73 but on the gps its 68-69. The 4' waves at 50mph on the other hand is rediculous.

Interestingly, SF Bay has wave patterns a lot like the great lakes. Short and steep, other than the area directly east of the gate where we get swells rolling in.

We are "swell" folks here with chop on top of the swells.

3's are a handfull (6' drop) but with speed and a will to die in an 18 it is a BLAST
