bb numbers

i bought a bbc this week and can't find the numbers that are usually stamped on the pad on the front of the block, how do i tell what it is? the heads are the non adj rocker arms

it's a gen 5 454, built in 1993 or 2003 will have to do some checking. stamped on the front pad are these numbers to7o6uch. what do they mean?

I think that is a Tonawanda plant block, Buz may be of help he know a ton about GM.
