I don't think there's enough hp/torque on our entire lake to pull/push this thing free. Gotta be something to see.

If they have a hard time navigating around Hawaii goodness knows what would happen in some other waters...?

How the hell would that happen? That thing is "a porcupine" of equipment....?

I know, our Canadian Navy is the size of the life boat........:kingme:

The CO will no doubt be relieved of command and his career is Finished..although he may be allowed to stay in until retirement. The NAVY does NOT take such incidents lightly. My wife works for the Navy (43 years) and sees this stuff happen on occasion.

Want to read about another case a little more serious..Google.."USS San Fransisco". Nuke Submarine. John

Here's a start: Scroll way down on the link for pictures.

Time to stick some palm trees and a hotel on it and chart it as a new island...

The Navy needs money. Build a pier and put a casino on it. Apparently it's already close to the airport.

Yeah totally sucks. They were in close for a small boat pax transfer and somehow drove it into the reef. It's still stuck there. I'd sure hate to be a sailor onboard- first off it's terribly embarrassing, but also they've been stuck there for days...
