Good Housekeeping, Consumer Reports, JD Power, and the RTSE seal of approval. This boat gets them all. Very, very nice cream and blue 18!

Very nice boat. You say its got 625 hours on it. Did you rebuild the motor when you had it out of the boat? The color combo is pretty cool. How quiet is the boat with the silencer tips on it?

I pulled the motor and replaced it after the repair. The engine runs fine and I have never had a problem starting, oil presure etc,

The exhaust is almost underwater at idle, sounds like a ski boat, has nice tone on plane.
Thanks

This is a SUPER CLEAN 18'. I personally have been on and helped with the work on the boat. You could eat out of the bildge...it's so clean. Plus its a fairly rare color combo that is just beautiful!

Jerry, just curious. Why are you selling her? This seems like a really nice 18.

Chip, I'm 3/4 done on a three year project on my Island Gypsy trawler and would like to cut back the work load so I can enjoy our 22' Donzi and the trawler. We are selling the 18' Donzi and our 28' Carver Riviera, so next summer we can do some traveling on the Great lakes. Both boats are turn key. If you have an interest, please give me a call.

Thanks

I am new to the Donzi experience and have a few questions about your boat:
1. What is an Alpha SS?
2. What was the common problem in those years?
3. Who did the transom rebuild?
4. Can the silencer exhaust tips be removed easily?
5. Is it still for sale?
:) :) :)

1.The SS is a short version of an Alpha One w/ a high water pick up, it's good for three or four MPH and it looks nice.
2.This era of Donzi's are pretty solid, some Classics had some cracking problems in the corners of the cock-pit and some stringer problems.
3. A reputable glass man in Cincinnati
4. I can take the silencers off if you'd like.
5. Yes, I have the boat in Cincinnati at this time.
The stock drive and prop are on the boat. I had it out over the week end and it ran great with the factory drive and Clever, speedo was 60mph. All numbers match, boat, drive and gimble.

Please call if your interested, 513-885-8569
