I love all the details he provided.

But what do I need details about the engine, drive, prop, etc for? After all, he said right up front it was the baddest thing on the water.

I'm also diggin' the single ram long-plane bennets (at least that's what they look like)

That would be a wicked little classic.

I can't imagine there is room for anything else in that engine compartment. Just a V8 takes up most of the room. And then to add a blower?!

What do you think the white disc is that is located just behind the bow nav light?

I think you're right Lenny, the name rings a bell.
It looks like someone stripped the transom though. I thought it had real tabs and a full steering system.

I spoke with the seller and thought I would pass on some of the answers he gave me. It is a Merc SS drive. Motor is a GM 385 quick burn which has been bored 30 over. Whipple with 7-8 pounds. 92 gps before rebuild & 8 hours fresh water since rebuild. Has pulleys and equipment with it to go faster. 1996 model. Came from up north to Florida. I believe it was New Hampshire. Says condition is extremely nice. Always garaged. We are 30 mins away & will be glad to help with a look see if anyone would like. If I go out in it though, I will want to have it, bad! Normal power steering & custom made trim tabs with reinforcement. Looks awfully nice to me. Lots of bling for not too much coin. Just my 2c. > A little prob with adj the blower
drive belt. Ya think? Looks more
like a BM 250 blower w/chiller.
still just my kind of maniacal
boat.
Pref a Benched Hornet with
V-, or arneson, or blackhwk, matched
to an Ilmor 710.
Hey, I'll get in that b.tch hit full
throttle and hang on. Dare me.
I'll also never come back with it!
I bet it is safer than a Sanger
Flattie with BBC. I rode in one in
LGeorge Village,in 1968. Thought
my back was going to collapse.
The idiot (that idiot not this one) had
had a few, and thought it real funny
to show off. Lucky there was only
that one roller that sent us airborne.
comin down was seriously PAINFULL.
They look great parked.
