Well good news, I decided to keep my boat after receiving a few low ball offers. Parent's agreed to buy an engine for the boat so they at least use it while I'm in Hawaii for the next 3 years.

Budget is $5k or less. Looking for a complete take-out/drop-in 454 or 502 magnum in good shape with not too many hours on it. EFI preferred. If anyone has a line on one, please PM me.

The 454 on OSO just sold. I'm asking about the 502...

Zimm, OSO or ebay is probably your best bet.

I will say that for 5000.00, you will not probably find much in EFI. Might want to look at a carbed engine.

Sure will, but $5200 for a shortblock isn't gonna make the budget. I'm looking for a complete take-out engine that can just be bolted in by a shop. Since I'm with the boat, I can't DIY...
