actually it is a mathematical theory proven in the di vinci code the afc always wins in a democratic white house except when the line on the game is more than 6.5 points when playing in a dome with a qtr back that has played for 2 different teams returning to the superbowl in more than 4 years.

but i think the real answer is there are some real dynasties in presendential politics and they only get one official win for multiple years and they get to play every 4 years unless someone gets hurt or suspended or gets caught with his dna on an interns dress
