That puts mine a close second to yours.

I guess with all these people around with nothing but money to spend on stuff it just doesn't matter, right ?

All of a sudden I feel guilty, I also feel I owe George Carter a LOT more money.:lookaroun:

Can't imagine what it would be like to have Michael Aronow, John Krouse, and Knocky House sign it, very jealous here Scott.:pimp:

If you want to play the role you have to pay the toll. What do you think an original 1966 Donzi Marine tee shirt is worth, Ithink I still have a couple, they don't fit Old Farts like me. I may even still have the autographed one, not by Mike, by Don.

Pearson, we might as well let Lenny to grab the shirts, cause if they don"t fit Randy, neither you or I are getting into them .... :frown:

No offense to Michael, but he's an attorney who has a hobby of horses. He's not a very good biographical writer.
The book has, what I'm sure are very accurate recollections, and a lot of photographs, but it's very thin on any technical content.
I read it and kept it for about six months. To me it wasn't worth keeping after reading.
Of course if it had all those autographs...........

My two favorite technical/boat books are Dr. Lindsay Lord's "Naval Architecture of Planing Hulls", and "Sonny" Renato Levi's "Dhows to Deltas".
I don't think I would sell either one.

"Dhows to Deltas" an excellent read.

If you are into high performace boats, you owe it to yourself to read this book.
