Good winter project?

Found this, looks like a fair price, I kinda like the look of the boat, would need new outdrive and motor and well cleaned up...? Any bad news about these models?

This one caught my eye as well. I've never heard anything bad about the Z's, but I don't know much about them. Seems like it could be a great deal for someone with a few kids, or a couple looking to make a few.
