How come the exhaust pictured on the boat on the lift are different than the exhaust shown in the transom close-ups??

Looks like the pic on the lift was taken a while ago, 2006...? The rest of the pictures are dated recently

I am guessing new tips were put on...?:confused: Which in my opinion is good, the tips with the external rubber flaps are not that great..........

You are correct. I put the new tips on last spring when I installed the stainless marine exhaust.
The outdrive is on a stand in my garage. My storage space is too short, so I pulled it for the extra room.
