I'm going to have my steel MYCO repainted in the spring and I'm thinking of getting new aluminum wheels. The ones on the trailer now are 14x6" (see pic) as specified by the trailer's vin plate. I'd like to switch to a spoke style but all that I've found are 14x5.5". Would I have any issues going from 6 to 5.5 inch diameter wheels, such as handling etc? The current tires are ST215/75R14, would that size no longer fit? I'm not totally sure about wheel/tire setups so I figured I'd ask. Any help would be appreciated.

The smaller tires unless load range D will suffer because the 5.5 will use 205X14 with a load range c of 1760 each.

Thanks Griz, I thought tire size may come into play. I'll probably end up staying with the style that I have in 6" width.
