I saw this beast in Las Vegas at the SEMA Show. Pretty intense.
Powered by a 1400hp T-58 GE Turbine engine.
I have also included a large version of the sign that tells all about it if anyone is interested in reading it. ENJOY!

Unless I missed it, it says it will soon be crowned the fastest person watercraft (1,400 hp, Duh) but it doesn't say how fast it goes.

Was there any talk about it, hinting at how fast?

Cool as hell and Art Arfons had a hand in it! Didn't know he was still alive!.....Did you guys know that there is an informal agreement between our government and the manufacturers of PWCs to limit their top speed? These things could easily run 80s if set up for it. I wonder how fast the jet one is.

That's awesome! useless, but awesome. How about a thread with a SEMA report on all the cool boat stuff you saw. Was merc there with any info on the new 2009 all aluminum small blocks? (LSA/LS3)
