Well, the kids made a pretty good haul tonight ;)

Sydney (8 year old) was a balarina,

Riley (4 year old) was Snow White (sorta) ;)

And Bradley (2) was a spider,.....

Slow night for trick-or-treaters to the house though, less than 20 :( Oh well, more candy for me :D

I don't know what has happened to Halloween. Two years ago I had about 70-90 trick or treaters.. tonight I was lucky to have 20 myself... weather was perfect too

Our block was very quiet maybe 10-15% of what it was.

I live in a nice neighborhood in an area surrounded by schools. Although our sub is mostly older and child-less, there is a growing number of families moving in.

Still, we got 15-20 at the most and the oldest was 5 or 6.

Furthermore, this was the first time in 23 years that we didn't have a jack-o-lantern or anyone involved in halloween activities. My kids are 23 and 18. Weird.

It won't be long and I can turn out all the lights on Halloween, drink Jack Daniels from a bottle and scream at the kids, "Get out of my yard, you little f u c kerrs.!!!" :shocking:

We had a tons of kids and went through 30lbs of candy in 2 hours.

I think they bus in the kids to the nicer neighborhoods. AND Mrs.Taz loves to decorate the front porch. Our motion sensor skulls and such even scared some of the parents.

Wayne,
Very nice looking family.:) You are a lucky man. Boo Boo and I were just talking last night how having kids will bring back the importance and fun in certain holidays. Looking foward to it.

It certainly will, it can make it a lot of fun,.... and stressful at the same time. You figure after 5 kids that we would have it all set, but it's still a last minute scramble to get them out the door :nilly:

Anyway, you will really enjoy the kids,..... and I wish you and boo boo the best

Congratulations chappy. It's great being married.

For us, the first 2 weeks seemed weird then everything got back to normal. Must have been the break in period.

Congratulations! (My wife and I tied the knot back in April of this year, and I highly recommend it. Tying the knot I mean. Not that April wasn't good, it was great in fact, I just mean...):)
