Scot,

Not knowing where to post this. . but the past few days this site does not recall my log in info, even 10 minutes after I logged in. I'm active on other sites as well, and ma not having this difficulty there . . ???

No problem on this end, in fact I have gone off browsing other sites and returned to still be logged in.

Just to make sure... you did check the "Remember Me" box when you logged in, right?

But what changed with this site?
All of my computers use microsoft's automatic update, and they are all up to date. Something has changed with this site, and I would like to know what.

OK after much advanced theory research and deep thought worthy of a mensa membership, here is what I think it is...

I believe the new server is restarting the site's database engine, mysql, once ever 5 minutes. This kills the data in your session table, and that's why your guys can't stay logged in for long periods of time. Bear with me and I will solve the problem.

One thing you might try, only because it cleared up my issues, is clear all your session cookies for donzi.net. I noticed that many of my session cookie creation dates were pre-server move. Once I deleted them and restarted my browser I've been able to stay logged in.

It is a problem with the permanent cookie, not the database...

MJ's solution is correct... clear all cookies or at least all the donzi.net cookies.
