an older man goes to his doctor for his regular physical
once he gets there he finds out that his doctor has taken holidays and there is a replacement doctor in his place for the week
Not really caring who gives him the phyical he goes into the room and sits down
shortly thereafter a young female doctor comes in to begin the procedure
after observing him for a brief instant she says to him "you are masterbating to much and are going to have to stop"
he asks "why?"
and she says
"well I am going to have to start the examination now"
