Folks, I want to start a poll... (read that, Bet) and the bet is at $20.00 US. (EACH)
You can only vote once.

There will be two questions. Poll #1, John McCain will be the next President of the United States. Poll #2 , Barrack Obama will be the next President of the United States.
Upon the Official announcement, the losers (in this contest) will pay up through Donation on the Site/PayPal/Visa whatever, their $20 to Scot Van A and the DONZI Registry.

The Voting is PRIVATE (others won't see your choice) Followup and collections at close of this will be through an Honor system. (Simply send Scot Van A a $20 cheque or PayPal from above in support of this site.

It serves two purposes.
1) Scot Van A can use some help again with the site day to day $$$.
2) He just got $hitcanned by Ike and I am sure he and Kimmy could use a leg up.

Meanwhile, we can all have some fun for only $20.00
By voting in any particular way, by no means indicates you support this person as your choice Federally, but that you feel this particular choice has the best chance of winning on this day prior to the Polls closing.
Understood ?
The ones with the big knackers will Vote soon or immediately, the pantywaists will wait till November 3rd and run off of Opinion Polls. The "Winners" (meaning your Candidate was picked) simply get Bragging rights and "told you so" ... the losers PAY Scot Van A. There is obviously a 50-50 chance here folks. Minimal bet. With this many members, and an early Poll response it could be fun. "Plus side", those of us that participate are wrong and Scot Van A gets some much needed Site coin, "down side" ??? none, other than the fact that some of you will get 4 years with a President you either Voted into Office or didn't.

Let's go...

You obviously "missed this part"
You can only vote once.

...and the fact that the software will not allow it. http://www.donzi.net/forums/images/smilies/boggled.gif

Actually no, I was just thinking it was a great "Tom-Sawyer-esque" way we could raise more money to support the site. After all, it's not every day a boy gets to vote several times for both candidates and be guaranteed to win...

But,... if you are right, all you get is bragging rights and whom you either picked and hoped to win, or picked cuz you thought he was gonna win.

Only the losers pay $$$ to Scot Van A.

So, feel free to vote for both under different Screen names, but ultimately, there is only one group that pays.

OK, so after the LAST Debate we have 27 of 4000 odd people committed to whom they think will be their next President. Again, this doesn't mean this is who YOU would vote for, but who YOU think will win. If you are wrong, $20 to the Website. Pretty simple stuff.

It is also anonymous.

Let's go !!!

Obama is obviously the hands down Winner here. ;)

3973 folks left to vote here...

Let's help Scot Van A and have some fun.

Oops, sorry. Not living in your Country and having broad Electorate knowledge does have its' drawbacks.

My bad, I'll put in your $20 for you. :)
