Just started to disassemble the boat. Have taken it down to the bare hull. Also I have removed the top hull section of the transom,which has dry rot.What I was looking for is a good way to reinforce the transom off the hull to handle the 150 Merc outboard.If anyone has done this and has any pictures of the out come. Please pm me thanks.
