ok heres what i did,after voting i went into my internet explorer clicked properties and cleaned the history file,deleted my cookies and deleted all off line content..this make it so you can vote as many times as you want...Will do some more later..

Done deal Frank..... Its not lookin good right now... over 70% are voting yes!! I remember not to long ago the threat of speed limits in Biscayne Bay was "floatin" around....... It would be tragic to our lifestyle and the boating industry if this happens!! Lets all help each other and vote - vote!!!
