Boone Lake in Johnson City, TN is not especially large. However, that didn't stop a local performance shop owner from putting his 31' American Offshore Cat boat in the water. While the Donzi was docked up at the marina and I was enjoying my chicken wings, I heard a loud roar and saw a rooster tail. I said...wow...he's going fast. So to make a long story short, I saw him at the ramp the next night and got the info on the boat:

Not sure of the outdrives...it was getting dark and I forgot to look
110 mph on the LAKE last year
He just finished a run at 98 mph for ~5 minutes. He came from a marina that would have taken me ~20 minutes
