Shifter replacement

Would like to replace my existing old Quicksilver shifter unit. Are there any aftermarket shifter kits that work a little smoother and are easy to install?

do you have the side mount shifter now? if so, Livorsi makes a very nice unit that is pretty fairly priced.

Livorsi takes a Uflex and dresses it up. It's a sweet looking unit if your huntig bloing. If you want to go simple and use a U-flex, I stock the Merc kit with the plain black handle..

That Livorsi is very pimp, but there is a drive trim toggle switch on my shifter and I don't see that on the U-flex units. Am I missing something?
