Well...been a while since I have been around... I have been busy with work and traveling lately, both for work and play...not to mention the new house.
It's getting close to being done. Michelle and I went down to Jax this week to check on the house. I also brought the Donzi down and put it in storage as I won't be here for the actual move. Figured that would be one less thing for Michelle to worry about. Closing on Aug 19th. We're pretty excited.
~2400 ft/sq 3 car garage with a 40' deep bay. Perfect for the boat.
Here are a couple pictures.

I can attest to the fact a 22C on a traler will fit in a 40 foot deep garage. Mine's 30x40.

Looking good Scott. I was just thinking the other day we hadn't heard from you in a while. Good luck!

Congrats Chromey. Is there a spare room for wayward Texicans with clip-ons?

If all goes according to plan, I'll be in Fruit Cove, just south of Julington Creek. Keeping my fingers crossed. Once I close, I'll post a pic or 2. Don't want to jinx anything.

Awesome...best of luck to you...great area. My best friend lives over there just off of Roberts Rd. Sounds like we'll be doing some boating! Woohoo!
