Ont the trailer it works great. Up/down no sweat. After its been running it gets REALLY slow. Thoughts?

Mine had a similar problem last year. I brought it into my mechanic and I believe a ground wire came loose. He re-attached and it is strong as ever. Don't know if that is your problem, but might Give it a shot.

check the fluid and make sure it dont have water in it or the trim pump motoe is on its way out:)

ps check the charging system and battery connections..

Maybe AIR in the system. The system is "self bleeding". Just cycle the drive up and down as many as 20 times. It should bleed the air out by itself. Make sure the resevoir has fluid in it first. John
