Formula Junior nailed it. Within about 1000'.
We are looking due East, from the high bank on our property, (about 10') towards Portland Island, Moresby Island is behind it. Pender Island behind that and Saturna Island behind that. The USA (water border) is about 5 minutes from the bottom right heading Southeast at 50 GPS. :)

The shot is from Piers Island (cottage) looking in this pic at a 45 degree angle to the top right.

We have 700 Islands here in close proximaty. The ones list in this link have Beer :D

Yes, Lake George is all but identical scenery, other than the salt, the 42 degree water and the Cruise ships/Freighters and Whales.
Between here and Miami/Key West the only downside I see here is the 4-5 month boating Season, cold water, highs of 85-90 if we are lucky, land prices and taxes... :rolleyes:
