I picked up in another thread that you recommended a bildge coat product. Mine is in serious need. After 4 engine pulls over the last two years, it looks terrible. What is it called and where do I get it?

INtERLUX BilgeKote YMA102 White - Quick Dry Enamel - I have had mine in for 5 years and touch it up using a Tip or Roll (small foam roller)method and it rocks.

It spreads along way...so surface prep is key. I used a small Palm Sander - Orbital and just knocked down some of the rough areas... its self leveling... a Galon will cost ya $60 + so quarts are the way to go especially in a small bilge.

I use "Roll Off" to clean it up after runs with a soft bristle brush... drys up Jet White.

Good Luck

Yes, it does a great job. The photo was taken after just the first coat. Second coat hurt my eyes.

I always go back to the Interlux products they always work well and make clean up easier. I need to redo after 9 years of neglect.
