Looking for anyone who might have an idea of what I should pay for a 2000 28zx scorpion 200 hrs on motors with trailer? I found one that I could pick up for around 66k.

You should buy my 1998 28 zx photo boat with a single(fresh) 600hp motor.Iam faster then the twin set-up with big block sound.Super clean boat a really special paint job for the catalog from 1998.Only $44,900 with tri-axle trailer.Last weekend two guys walking by me asked me if it was brand new.Others come-up to me all the time to say how nice my boat is.

Very nice boat. I looked at NADA and average retail is around 31k for the boat?

I know the blue book is low!I owe 39,000 and Ive had it 6-yrs.15yr loan no money down I even financed the reg+tax.Ive dumped at least 20 grand into it.Ive replaced a lot of stuff and added things.I figure ill have to keep her another 5yrs to hit the blue book. Its sort of like buying the big house in the bad part of town, not smart.BUT.............We(I and the family) really like this boat. The boat has a double stepped bottom. Its fast I hit 76 gps last monday( just me and 3/4 tank of fuel).Check out my posts"donzi performance rules again! I love to hit big water.I run with the 30-35 footers all day!It has a higher cabin and more ****pit room then the newer model.Doesnt have the newer style flairing.I think the reason I wanted to sell was the high price of gas.I bought a little boston whaler for my son and we are using it on sat. Then using the donzi on sunday. This seems to be saving me a lot of money.Good luck buying a donzi if you want a solid boat you wont go wrong buying a 28zx.

So glad you posted it as sold! Being a boat dealer I was set to go on a NADA RANT! Basically they were a car book that decided to screw around with boats they have no clue all they do is screw things up! Most people only stayed screwed up a little while until the figure out these fools have no clue!
