Yep me and my brother have ben perfecting a hydrogen generator for the last 2 yrs..i built one out of pvc pipe and some ss plating i had laying around and added some destillled water and baking sota and a 1 way walve and walla got free gas..hes claiming 19 mpg now from 15 mpg..o you have to plumb it into your air cleaner:)
