From what i've been told, bunks are the way to go. I've asked a couple people myself and they have told me rollers don't distribute the weight of the boat causing multiple pressure points on the hull. I would go with bunks but thats just me.

I would concur with the bunks and I am pretty sure most others will too.
I did have a nice roller trailer on my 18 a few years ago and it put a slight hook in the hull over many years.

To do it right you need to get a semi-custom with 8 separate bunks. Basically it's a 4 bunk trailer like this one http://www.donzi.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=33499&d=1199672062
but the 4 main bunks are cut to make 8 so it can support both sides of the stepped hull.
I have seen trailers with the large vertical main supports notched to follow the lines of the hull but I don't think they support the hull as well.

With the Z with steps you don't want rollers the get hung up on the steps.
